Enterprise plan tier removed

We've simplified our plans to two: Starter and Pro. The Enterprise tier we briefly listed is no longer offered. No customer accounts were on Enterprise, so no one needs to do anything — and existing Starter and Pro customers are unaffected.

Why

Enterprise was a placeholder for a custom-tier conversation we never ended up needing. Keeping it on the pricing page implied a product shape we don't actually offer. Cleaner to remove it and have an honest conversation when a customer's needs genuinely outgrow Pro.

What's gone

• Enterprise no longer appears on the pricing page or in subscription-management screens.
• The enterprise value is removed from our subscription tier system.

What's unchanged

• Starter ($79/mo, 10 users included, $5/user overage).
• Pro ($199/mo, 10 users included, $12/user overage, Workstation included).
