What's New
- The admin dashboard has been rebuilt around one question:
who's on the floor right now?
Three new top-bar numbers frame the week (Total Labor Costs, Jobs in Progress, Jobs Completed). Side-by-sideWorking
andNot Working
lists show who's in a shift and who isn't, with the current task and job for each active worker. A new jobs-by-stage chart replaces the old production-overview bar. Scheduled / Completed / Hours sub-metrics, Top Customers, and Revenue have been removed — those views live in the Reports section when you need them.
What's Fixed
Meal break prompt now fires at clock-out on scheduled shifts. A small set of shifts had been generated without the meal break flag, so the kiosk wasn't asking
Did you take your meal break?
at clock-out — the payroll report then showed 0.0 break hours for those shifts. The flag is now set correctly on future scheduled shifts, and the prompt fires as expected.Confirming a flagged shift from the payroll report now returns you to the payroll report instead of the shifts list. Small workflow fix for admins reviewing shifts before running payroll.
Behind the Scenes
- Silently-discarded background jobs (a rare case where the underlying record has been deleted before the job runs) now show up in our error-tracking dashboard so we catch them early. No user-facing behavior change.
