Tim Roman is pioneering the future of software development. Two decades of operating across nearly every discipline required to ship and sell software - engineering, implementation, solution architecture, marketing, and founding - have positioned him for a moment in which writing code is no longer the bottleneck.

The rare skill is now knowing what to build, how it should work, and how to orchestrate the agents and systems that build it.

He spent 13 years at Salesforce in post-sales implementation and solution engineering, working deeply with enterprises in retail, consumer goods, and manufacturing. Before that, he founded and sold Emailtastic in 2011.

Today he is the founder of Pure Inference Ventures and co-founder and CTO of FabWise. Pure Inference Ventures is a software studio operating a portfolio of products with AI-orchestrated workflows and the lean staffing that approach makes possible. FabWise brings the same operating model to fabrication and manufacturing shops.

Across both companies, Tim's focus is the same: building the machine that builds the machines.
